Flashback to this gorgeous ‘country-esque’ wedding hosted in the inner city hub within the ‘Heritage Quarter’ in our Brisbane CBD. Who would know such a gorgeous, relaxed, French Provincial meets Rustic Garden wedding venue would exist in the heart of our bustling Brisbane city?
Rhiannon + Tom are a relaxed and simply adorable couple. From the minute I met them @ Spring Restaurant in Brisbane, until their arrival at the venue on their wedding day, their vibe was cool, calm and collected. Little did I know that I ran along side Matt in a Brisbane marathon event, albeit with a broken arm, but ran nonetheless? Of course, he thought to bring this to my attention on their wedding day, even though we had been planning together for months!
Rhi had simply gorgeous taste in all of her wedding choices. From her home baked cakes via Jocelyn’s Provisions at New Farm, her beautiful custom embellished lace wedding gown and head piece, to her choice in styling inclusive of handpicked fresh white flowers, natural linens, candle lighting and calligraphy, the vibe, feel, and ultimate look was romantic, understated and particularly elegant.
The night was filled with beautiful food and fine wine, courtesy of Spring, and the mood was equally as relaxed, and elegant as guests celebrated Tom + Rhi’s wedding day together.
We were privileged to plan and style this wedding, and to be a part in their special day. Here are just a few snaps from the super talented Bush Turkey Studio’s to show a little insight into their day.
With LOVE; Cassie + the Main Event Crew.
