Constructed in 1905, The Warehouse has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment and now stands proud as a stunning function and events venue worthy of the most discerning gathering or celebration. The venue features a vast, speakeasy-style basement and mezzanine, grand loft-style space with adjoining lounge plus an open-air rooftop terrace – offering unrivalled options for every event including conferences, weddings, gala dinners, cocktail evenings, parties; the list is endless.
Main Event Weddings are fortunate enough to be offered as the in-house stylist & florist for these specific wedding venues. Leading the Brisbane & Gold Coast market, our venues service couples with an all-inclusive offering, ensuring that all of our services are streamlined to ensure that each couples needs are met with a seamless and stress-free nature. With all of your design, styling, floral & planning needs taken care of by our team within these venue’s, you will be able to sit back, relax and enjoy the planning process along the way.

Hillstone St Lucia’s stunning Queensland architecture integrates the beauty of its surroundings with modern designs. As one of Brisbane’s largest privately operated venues at 4000m2, its award-winning facilities offer absolute flexibility in catering for all types of events. Whether there are 10 guests or 1200, our immense space offers abundant function rooms, courtyards and car spaces.
They are one of only a few venues in Brisbane that can accommodate events with over 500 guests. And there in-house catering and beverage service follows suit. The staff provide exemplary service, catering for local, national and international meetings and events – this includes exhibitions and product launches.
Private events and weddings are the main focus on weekends, with there special facility licence offering its service between 8am and 12midnight.

Food trucks are very popular for cocktail style receptions (they can even serve from inside the venue) whilst they have some fantastic suppliers for formal dining.

The Refinery was born out of a desire to offer couples a versatile one-stop-shop that focuses on making that wedding planning process so much easier! They have created a bespoke wedding venue that’s a minimal blank canvas with beautiful crockery, on-trend furniture and amazing food and drinks. Everything is all-inclusive and ready to go - just say the word! You have the option of holding an intimate ceremony in the private garden, followed by drinks and grazing tables, then a stunning seated or cocktail reception inside the warehouse. The space is yours! Their packages have been designed with love so that you can pick and choose as you please, and plan an amazing wedding centred around good food, good wine and good times.

Smoked garage feature a street level main stage with exposed beam high ceilings and private bar, adjoining side room featuring exposed brick walls, mosaic tiles and leather chesterfield couches throughout and the crown jewel located upstairs under a glass ceiling, the rooftop boasts 370 square metres of private event space. Suitable for an intimate wedding venue through corporate and private events up to 400 guests, we offer exhibitions, product launches, dinner and cocktail parties, the list goes on.
